The client had a small patch of sloping grass at the front of the property which had a very old and ‘unsaveable’ Cherry growing in it. My solution was to remove all the grass, terrace the ground using reclaimed sleepers and then use gravel as ground cover. Planting with a suitable mixture of plants and bulbs to give year round interest completed the project which looked stunning at the head of a small road.
